猫と小動物（小鳥、ハムスター等）に限定してお預かりするホテルを併設しております。

お預かり対象 Animals eligible for care

猫と小動物が預かり対象のため、犬の鳴き声で怯えてしまうこともありません。
★猫、ウサギ、モルモット、チンチラ、フェレット、ハリネズミ、ハムスター、ラット、スナネズミなど、小型・中型鳥（文鳥、セキセイインコ、コザクラインコ、オカメインコなど）

※猫については、1年以内の混合ワクチン接種、1か月以内のノミ・ダニ駆除剤使用を必須としております。
※上記以外の小動物については、お問合せください。
※小型・中型鳥は環境が変わると体調を崩しやすいため、できるだけ家でのお世話をお勧めしております。
　 お預かりの場合は、必ずケージと普段食べている食事をお持ちください。
※両生類・霊長類については、受け付けしておりません。
※犬はペットホテルの防音性と散歩に関して制限があるため、受け付けしておりません。
　 小型犬については、条件つきで（吠えないなど）お預かりできる場合がありますので、ご相談ください。

当ホテルの特徴 Special feature of this hotel

動物病院併設のため、獣医師による細やかなケアが可能です。
★ノミ・ダニ駆除が未実施でしたら、ホテルに入る前に処置を実施いたします。またワクチン接種にも対応いたします。
★初めて当ホテルを利用される方で、おがたま動物病院に通院されたことが無い方については、事前に健康診断を実施させていただきます。やや体調面で不安があるものの、入院するまでもないというケースでもお預かりいたします。（状態次第では入院対応となります）　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
★投薬・点眼や介護等の処置が必要な場合でも、獣医師が対応いたします。
★獣医師が見回り・確認を実施するので、もしもの体調変化の際にも安心です。

– お部屋の位置 The location of rooms

猫スペースと小動物スペースは隣り合わないように離して、フロアの両端に配置しております。
宿泊時に他の猫や小動物と目が合わないよう、ケージが隣り合っている場合はロールカーテンを下ろしたり、パーテーションを設置いたします。
The cat and small animal spaces are separated from each other so that they are not next to each other and placed at either end of the floor.

– お部屋の空気 The air of the rooms

エアコンによる温度管理（24時間）を実施しております。
必要な場合は、個別にヒーターを設置いたします。
また、空気清浄機も設置しております。
Temperature is controlled by air conditioning (24 hours a day). Individual heaters will be placed if needed. Air purifiers are also placed.

– お部屋の広さ The size of the rooms

＜猫 Cats＞
ケージ2段分（下から2段目まで。広さ：横900mm×奥行580mm×高さ1100mm）が標準となります。
上下の昇降運動が可能です。下から3段目は、普段食べているフードなど、ホテル持ち込み荷物の置き場所にしますが、1段目から3段目までつなげて昇降できるようにすることも可能です。

– 衛生管理 Hygiene management

ペットホテル使用後は、ケージ本体とトイレの除菌・消臭処理を行います。
食器類（水・フード）とベッド・毛布は水洗いしてから、除菌・消臭処理を行います。
After use, the cage and toilet are sanitized and deodorized. Dishes (water and food), beds, and blankets are washed in water and then sanitized and deodorized.

お預かり時の体制 Management system

24時間常駐ではありませんが、動物病院営業時間中はスタッフや獣医師が直接見回り・確認を実施し、営業時間外は獣医師がWebカメラの映像で様子を確認いたします。
動物病院が休診の日も、スタッフまたは獣医師が1日2回朝と夜のご飯の時間に直接様子を確認いたします。

Although not stationed 24 hours a day, staff and veterinarians will directly visit and check on the animals during veterinary clinic hours, and after hours, veterinarians will check on the animals via webcam images.
Even on days when the veterinary clinic is closed, staff or veterinarians will directly check on the animals twice a day, once in the morning and once at mealtime.

飼い主様も24時間カメラで確認可能 Owners can also check the camera 24 hours a day

飼い主の皆様のスマートフォンで、いつでも様子を確認することができます。
スタッフ不在時には消灯しますが、暗視カメラで映像を確認することは可能です。（映像はモノクロになります）
※カメラの数が限られておりますので、先着順となります。
※お持ちのスマートフォンに専用のアプリをダウンロードする必要がございます。
※ホテル利用期間中、Webカメラへのアクセス権を設定いたします。
※通信環境等により映像が上手く映らない場合がございます。
Owners can check on your pets at any time with your smart phones. The lights will be turned off when the staff is not present, but it is possible to check the images with the night vision camera. (The images will be in black and white.)

お預かり可能な時期 The period we can care

年末年始の動物病院休診日は、お預かりすることができません。
また、取扱責任者が長期で不在となる場合など、お預かりできない期間がございますので、
ご不便をおかけいたしますが、お問い合わせをお願いいたします。
We will not be able to take care of your pet during the year-end and New Year holidays when the veterinary hospital is closed. Please note that we may not be able to accept your pet for a period of time when the person in charge of handling the pet is away for an extended period of time.

お預かり可能な時間帯 The time we can accept

基本的に、動物病院の営業時間内でのお預かり・お返しとなります。
Basically, we will accept and return your pet during veterinary hospital business hours.

送迎について About pick-up service

基本的に、送迎は実施しておりません。
Basically, we do not provide pick-up service.

万が一の時は In case of emergency

– 火災発生時 in case of fire

ホテルお預かり時に火気を使用することはございませんが、万が一、火災を感知した場合には、当院と契約している警備会社に通報され対処することになります。
No fire will be used in the hotel, but in the unlikely event that a fire is detected, the security company contracted with our clinic will be notified and will take action.

– 洪水発生時 in case of flood

ホテルがビルの2階にあるため、洪水被害は無い見込みです。
Since the hotel is located on the second floor of the building, no flood damage is expected.

– 地震発生時 in case of earthquake

地震時にケージが倒れないよう、転倒防止棒でしっかりと固定しております。
また、小動物のケージはスチールラックに設置しますが、スチールラックも転倒防止棒でしっかり固定し、更に、スチールラックからケージが滑り出して転落しないよう、ゴムバンドを取り付けております。
ホテル所在地が箕面市のため、津波被害は無い見込みです。
動物病院営業時間外に災害が発生した場合、病院長やスタッフの自宅が徒歩圏内にあるため速やかに駆けつけることが可能です。（災害の規模等により、速やかな駆けつけが難しい場合が想定されることをご了承ください）

In addition, small animal cages are placed on steel racks, which are also firmly secured with anti-tip bars, and rubber bands are attached to prevent the cages from sliding out of the steel racks and falling. Since the hotel is located in Minoh City, no tsunami damage is expected.
In the event of a disaster occurring outside of veterinary hospital business hours, the hospital director and staff members’ homes are within walking distance, so we will be able to rush to the hospital as soon as possible. (Please understand that it may be difficult to rush to the hospital promptly depending on the scale of the disaster, etc.)
